Android and Other Mobile Device Repair - Pricing* and Info
Although Apple products are our specialty, we also offer repairs for any Android based tablets and smartphones. We carry a large inventory of Android parts, however please keep in mind that with literally thousands of Android based devices on the market, nobody can stock every part for every device. We can, and frequently do, special order parts when necessary and can provide a loaner phone at no additional cost while we wait for parts to arrive. Overnight shipping is almost always an option, though sometimes there may be additional fees for expedited shipping.
Pricing varies widely depending on the repair that is needed, the availability of the necessary parts, and the amount of labor involved in completing the repair. Prices are not posted below simply because cost of parts changes too frequently with Android devices. Screen replacements are the most common repair for non-Apple devices too, and while parts for these screen replacement do tend to be more expensive than with iPhones, screen replacements are still generally cost effective (i.e. the repair costs less than replacing the phone). Samsung
The vast majority of Samsung screen replacements are completed using "service pack" parts. These are new, genuine Samsung screen assemblies that are not refurbished or aftermarket in any way. Though these parts are more expensive than the alternatives, they result in the highest quality repair possible. Galaxy S10 and newer, and Note 8 and newer battery replacement also utilize service pack parts.

As of summer 2022, all repairs are for Google Pixel phones are now completed using genuine, authorized parts. Aftermarket parts do exist for Pixel phones, but we refuse to use them for our repairs due to widespread quality issues with these parts.

Aftermarket parts do exist for Motorola phones, but we refuse to use them for our repairs due to widespread quality issues with these parts.

^These repairs make use of a used original part in good to excellent cosmetic condition. Brand new parts are not used in these repairs due to either a cost prohibitive price of those new parts, or poor quality of new replacement parts. We only offer repairs with parts that we feel confident in, and are of the same or better quality than the parts that originally came with your device. If we can't get parts that meet that standard, then we simply won't do the repair.
